Dpstar Group has been the market leader in the design and manufacture of custom-built Electrical Control Panels and Motor Control Centres (MCCs) for critical infrastructure for over 30 years. Specialist sectors include water, mining, pharmaceutical, life sciences, telecoms, and renewable energy. We work closely with Consultants and Clients at all stages of product design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning to ensure all requirements are met. Our MCC panels are widely appreciated all across the country and have the capacity to feed larger loads and are designed as per the client specifications. These are used to supervise and control the voltage in the power system and prevent it from damage. They are available at a cost-effective price. Our intelligent MCC panels offer power-saving based on optimized process utilization and input utilization. These durable panels conform to the international quality standards and are reckoned for rugged construction and are designed in varied specifications. Our control panels are widely acclaimed for maximum efficiency, high distribution application, and superior power control. Based on the latest technologies, these Control Panels ensure better performance.

Our client during the necessary site shutdowns to facilitate the client took the opportunity to replace the existing MCC panels. Dpstar was invited for this tender job because we were once one of the close vendors to them. The order was given without any circuit drawing or components listing, just from looking at some old panels and verbal communication with customers on what they need.

We supplied a complete 2 sets of MCC panel 12 change over Switchgear 355KW. As part of the handover process, all panel drawings were provided to the client, which was completed in-house by our design team. In addition, a full O&M manual was provided by PAC, as well as Operator training. All works were completed on time and to budget, with full compliance to the client’s on-site Health and Safety requirements, which included the provision of full Risk Assessments and Method Statements.  The project involved a three-week build off-site and a one-week install on-site, which was carried out during a seven-day. This ensured minimal disruption for the client and up-time was maximised. We also managed to secure the order and meet the target price set by the customer.  To discuss your MCC, and control panel needs, talk to one of our team today: we’re here to help, whatever your project.
