We were approached by a company in the cutting tools and saw blades industry to provide them with a custom tempering furnace that could operate between 550°C and 750°C. Our client was facing challenges with their current tempering process and needed a solution that could improve their production processes and increase efficiency. Our challenge was to design and construct a custom tempering furnace that could operate at the required temperature range and size. The furnace needed to be efficient, reliable, and capable of accommodating our client’s cutting tools and saw blades. Our team of experts was also tasked with addressing the client’s concerns about the consistency and accuracy of their current tempering process.

To address our client’s requirements, we designed and constructed a custom tempering furnace with a power rating of 415v – 40kw. The furnace was sized at 1300mm Lg x 500mm H x 1550mm Dept and fitted with 2.5mm Ø x 32mm OD x 1220mm U Lg AF Element x 6 pcs. We utilized high-quality materials in the construction process and performed extensive testing to ensure the furnace would meet our client’s expectations. To address our client’s concerns about the consistency and accuracy of their current tempering process, we incorporated advanced temperature control features into the tempering furnace. The furnace was equipped with a digital temperature controller that ensured precise temperature control and eliminated variations in the tempering process.

The furnace is easy to operate, and our team provided our client with thorough training on how to use and maintain the furnace for optimal performance.
