The heating gas is an essential component used in the production process of our client’s textile manufacturing industry. It is used to heat up and dry the fabric during the production process. The gas heating application is critical because it plays a crucial role in the final quality of the fabric. To address this challenge, we provided a customized flanged heater solution that was made of high-quality stainless-steel SUS 304 material, with a power rating of 415V – 145KW, and a flange dimension of 20″ PN16. The flanged heater was specifically designed to efficiently heat the gas to the precise temperature required by our client’s manufacturing process, improving the overall efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process.

The flanged heater consisted of 96 elements that were 8.2mm in diameter and 1800mm in length, arranged in a U-shape configuration. Each element was designed to provide uniform heat distribution throughout the heater, ensuring consistent heating performance. The heater was also designed to be easy to install and maintain, with a robust construction that could withstand the demanding conditions of industrial manufacturing. The high-quality stainless-steel material and precise design of the flanged heater ensured that it provided consistent, reliable heating performance, enabling our clients to improve their production efficiency and reduce waste.
