Drying ovens play an important role in many production processes across a wide range of applications. It helps reduce and control the moisture levels in solid materials. Drying is defined as the vaporization and removal of liquid from a solution, suspension, or other solid-liquid mixture to form a dry solid. The main objective of using the oven is to ensure an even distribution of heat across the motor winding by supplying heat to wet motor components after the cleaning process. Drying the electric motors increase their shelf life and enable them to function normally thus preventing accidents from occurring. Dpstar drying oven offers precise drying results on different types of liquids and solids. Dpstar successfully manufactured a Drying Oven to dry motor coils after the jet washing process with an operating temperature of 200°C. The unique aspect of our drying oven is its design which makes it simple and easy to use. The doors can be quickly pulled out to keep items inside and the interior shelves are made from stainless steel, which can withstand the extreme temperatures that are applied inside. Through a set of high-precision controls, various temperature settings can be monitored, making way for the precision application of desired heat for treating items. The temperature inside the oven is reached and maintained at a constant set point throughout the baking cycle, thanks to a temperature regulator located in the control panel and a temperature probe inserted inside the baking chamber, they help in uniform and complete drying of the motor windings.
