Dpstar’s innovative solution effectively automated the counter value recording process for the electronic components manufacturer, showcasing our ability to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.   • Signal Integration and Data Capture
    We seamlessly integrated the existing counter signals with the Simex Multicon CMC-99 High-Speed Counter Input Module. This module was chosen for its exceptional accuracy in capturing high-speed signals, ensuring precise data collection from the counters.
  • Automated Printing System
    The system was meticulously configured to automatically print the final counter value on thermal stickers when a designated button was pressed. The Simex Multicon CMC-99 controlled the entire printing process, ensuring that each product was labeled with the exact counter value, thus eliminating manual recording errors.
  • Data Management and Separation
    Our solution included an advanced data management system that recorded and separated data for each production process. This ensured that the manufacturer maintained accurate and traceable records from the start to the end of each process, significantly enhancing product traceability and quality control.
  • Thermal Printers Installation
    We installed three sets of Simex Multicon CMC-99 units, each paired with a SIMEX Thermal Printer MLP-99/141. This setup ensured redundancy and reliability in the printing process. The printers were configured to use customized thermal stickers, providing durable and precise labels for the products.
  • On-Site Technical Support
    Dpstar provided comprehensive on-site technical support to assist the client with the installation, configuration, and operation of the system. Our team ensured seamless integration into the existing production workflow, offering training and troubleshooting as required.
