The objective of this project is to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of temperature-sensitive materials in a tank container by implementing a heating system that maintains a constant temperature of 44°C. The heating system will be designed to provide an even distribution of heat throughout the container, ensuring that the materials remain at a consistent temperature during transportation and reach their destination without any quality issues.

Dpstar’s team of experts has successfully implemented the installation of an insulated silicone heating mat with a Teflon heating cable solution. The heating mat provides a 15kW power output and is designed to evenly distribute heat across the surface of the container, ensuring that the temperature is maintained at a constant 44°C. The Teflon heating cable is installed on the tank container and connected to the heating mat, allowing for precise temperature control. The insulation layer between the heating mat and the tank container helps to prevent heat loss to the environment, further improving the efficiency of the heating process. The system is controlled by a temperature controller, which continuously monitors and regulates the temperature to ensure that it remains constant. The temperature controller also includes an alarm function to alert operators in case of any temperature fluctuations outside the specified range. The heating mat and Teflon heating cable are both durable and resistant to wear and tear, ensuring that the heating system is reliable and requires minimal maintenance.
