Similarly, fuel leaks from backup power generators pose significant risks as they can damage equipment, compromise the safety of personnel, and disrupt the center’s ability to function during power outages. Our objective for this project is to design, implement, and maintain an advanced leak detection system for a prominent data center. The strategically placed sensing cables provided continuous monitoring throughout the data center, enabling early detection of any water and fuel leaks. The high sensitivity of the cables ensured swift detection and minimized the risk of damage to critical equipment and infrastructure. By incorporating point detectors in key areas, we enhanced the precision and accuracy of leak detection. These detectors acted as localized sensors, swiftly identifying leaks in critical zones and allowing for immediate corrective actions to be taken. The main panel served as the central control hub, collecting data from the sensing cables and point detectors. Its advanced features facilitated real-time monitoring, configurable alarms, remote accessibility, and detailed reporting, empowering data center operators with valuable insights to manage and respond to potential leaks effectively. With the successful implementation of the TKK Water & Fuel Leak Detection Solution, Dpstar delivered a robust and reliable solution that provides continuous monitoring, early leak detection, and swift response capabilities.
