Lutron DL-9954 – ACA Leakage Meters

Lutron DL-9954 ACA Leakage Meter offers precise measurements of milliampere leakage. It features ranges for ACA 40 mA with a resolution of 0.01 mA, ACA 400 mA with a resolution of 0.1 mA, and ACA 40 A and 120 A. Additionally, it includes functions for measuring ohms, diode, continuity with a beeper, and hold. It can also measure AC and DC voltage and displays readings on an LCD screen. Power is provided by two DC 1.5V batteries (UM-3, AA).
