Suitable for all field and lab measurements, it can simultaneously measure and generate over two isolated channels various signals of temperature, resistance, process, pressure and frequency in one single instrument.

AOIP CALYS 150 not only simulates (IN / OUT) but also acts as a dual-channel thermometer (IN / IN) for comparison calibration. It calibrates HART transmitters (HART communicator integrated into ACL500 modem) and thermistors. Providing extended functionalities (temperature simulation, scaling, steps, synthesizer, statistical functions…) and audit trails, CALYS 150 complies with both 21 CFR Part 11 and NADCAP Heat Treatment standards and makes advanced data exploitation and full data traceability easier.

With this easy-to-use tool, calibration tasks can be swiftly completed across the entire process chain. Take the 900 g documenting process calibrator to the field with you during the whole week with 10 calibration procedures stored in the device. Run the procedure after connecting the probes to the instrument and save the results for onsite easy and quick calibration. Back at the office, upload data to a computer to generate customized calibration certificates using dedicated DATACAL software.

With an IP 54 rating and a shock-resistant rubber holster, CALYS 150 is tough and durable. It features “easyconnect” terminals and a wide backlit display, ensuring ease of use even in harsh or dark conditions. When paired with an external pressure module (ref. ACL433), CALYS 150 can measure and simulate pressure using a pressure pump for comparison calibration. It also has the ability to control baths and dry-blocks with the appropriate cable (ref. ACL600).

Easy connection system

Connect your probes easily by pressing on the terminal top and inserting wires up to 3 mm or 10 AWG in diameter, along with compensated thermocouple connectors. Wires are securely held between two brass plates, providing thermal stability and excellent cold junction compensation for thermocouples. This system also allows for connecting 4 mm banana plugs and security connectors on the terminal top.
