Application

  • Measurement of temperature using Pt100…Pt1000 or Ni100…Ni1000 sensors with linearization.
  • Conversion of resistance variations into a standard analog current signal.

Technical Specifications:

  • The PR5802 can be programmed by the user to measure temperatures across all RTD ranges specified by standards in just a few seconds.
  • Cable compensation is included for 3-wire RTD and resistance inputs.

Mounting and Installation:

  • Suitable for tube mounting, such as an M18 barrel housing or custom housings.
  • The unit is tested with an M12 connector, housed in steel and encapsulated with Silgel 612 silicone molding compound, recommended by PR electronics for compliance with specifications and EMC requirements.
