PR Electronics 7501 is a HART 7 field-mounted temperature transmitter featuring an optional high-definition display. Its versatile mounting options cater to various installation types, and it offers extensive input and configuration flexibility to meet diverse application needs. Additionally, it supports HART 5 compatibility for integration into legacy systems.

Key features of the high-definition display include:

  • Adjustable positions at 0, 90, 180, and 270 degrees.
  • View for monitoring, programming, and diagnostics.

  • Capability to operate in 7 languages.

The Local Operator Interface (LOI) features:

  • Adaptive responsiveness to wear and dirt accumulation.

  • Usability with or without gloves.

  • Guided menu access via LOI.
  • Configuration via PReset and HART modem.

  • Conversion of linear resistance to standard analog current signals (e.g., from valves or Ohmic level sensors).
  • Amplification of bipolar mV signals to standard 4…20 mA current signals.
  • Support for up to 63 transmitters (HART 7) in a multidrop communication setup.
