Vetrix VPG Series features industrial process pressure gauges that incorporate the reliable glycerine-based technology within a new stainless steel casing designed for modern applications. The glycerine filling within the casing serves to safeguard the measuring system against wear caused by pulsating pressures and mechanical vibrations. It also provides lubrication for the moving parts. These pressure gauges are suitable for both gas and liquid media that do not corrode copper alloys. Equipped with a pressure compensating diaphragm, these gauges prevent pressure build-up within the casing resulting from temperature-related volume expansion of the liquid filling, thereby ensuring accurate readings without errors.
