Raytek MP150 infrared line scanner is engineered for use in demanding industrial environments, offering precise temperature imaging of moving objects. This multi-point measurement is accomplished through a rotating optical system that gathers infrared radiation at up to 1024 points within a 90º field-of-view. The motorized mirror scans at speeds of up to 150 lines per second.

A high-speed internal microprocessor calculates the temperature for each measurement point on each line of data. The MP150 features provisions for air or water cooling, three configurable analog outputs, and bidirectional digital communication. It also includes on-board Ethernet TCP/IP communication and a built-in line laser for quick alignment.

Raytek MP150 can operate in standalone mode, connect to a single PC, or integrate into a comprehensive process control system using DataTemp DP, an industrial Windows software package. DataTemp DP allows for remote configuration of the imager and real-time process monitoring. With OPC Server functionality, the scanner integrates seamlessly into any OPC-compliant Distributed Control Interface (DCI) or Human Machine Interface (HMI) system. The MP150 provides real-time monitoring and control capabilities, with optional analog or digital output modules available. MP150 Process Imager Systems are available in various temperature and spectral ranges.
