AOIP CALYS 1200 is a multifunctional field documenting calibrator within the CALYS range, designed for advanced process maintenance and bench testing across various industries. This instrument excels in both field and laboratory environments, capable of simultaneously measuring, generating, and recording signals such as temperature, pressure, resistance, process, and frequency across two isolated channels in a single device.

Performance Specifications:

  • Temperature: Accurate measurement and simulation up to 0.010% RDG.
  • Resistance: Delivers precision up to 0.010% RDG in the 4 KΩ range.
  • Current: Offers up to 0.012% RDG in the 50 mA range, plus a 24 V loop supply.
  • Voltage: Provides up to 0.010% RDG in the 50 V range.
  • Frequency: Achieves up to 0.005% RDG in the 20 KHz range (10 kHz in simulation).
  • Pressure: Compatible with an external pressure module for comparison calibration using a pressure pump.

Calibration Procedures and DATACAL Software

AOIP CALYS 1200 can store up to 10 calibration procedures, allowing for efficient calibration work in the field. It enables easy and quick onsite calibration with the capability to save results directly on the device. Once back in the office, data can be uploaded to a computer to produce customized calibration certificates using the dedicated DATACAL software.

Graphic Screen and Display Resolution

AOIP CALYS 1200 features a graphic screen that allows users to choose the number of digits after the decimal for optimal resolution. The dual display continuously shows the measurement value, emitted value, gauge, and used functions. Date, time, and external temperature are also displayed on the top, while the left side of the screen displays averages, maximums, minimums, and total measurements for measuring activities. For emission functions, this section details ramps, steps, and constant values. Drop-down menus facilitated by a navigator and online help enhance the ease of connecting probes and wires.
