AOIP ZX Series offers six different models, capable of handling a maximum resistance of 111,111,100 Ω. These models feature resistive elements wound inductively with a special alloy resistance wire. Each element undergoes heat treatment and controlled aging processes to ensure greater stability and a low temperature coefficient.
We use top-quality switches with low-pressure contacts and minimal contact resistance for durability and reliability. Each decade switch is made and kept in a fully enclosed spot for maintenance-free use. These switches are housed in a strong metal case with a retractable handle for easy carrying.
The ZX74 model has the smallest decade, with a step of 1 mΩ. It’s suitable for simulating resistive probes and resistance bridges. On request, ZX resistance boxes can be supplied with a COFRAC calibration certificate issued by our SOFIMAE laboratory.
