Application

  • Measurement of temperature using RTD or TC sensors in a linearized manner.
  • Temperature measurement involving difference, average, or redundancy using RTD or TC sensors.
  • Measurement of linear resistance, potentiometer values, and bipolar mV.

Technical Specifications:

  • Bus transmitter supporting both PROFIBUS PA and FOUNDATION Fieldbus communication protocols. It features automatic protocol switching.
  • Configuration for PROFIBUS PA is supported via Siemens Simatic® PDM®, ABB Melody / Harmony, and Metso DNA software. Configuration for FOUNDATION Fieldbus is available through Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa CS 1000 / CS 3000, ABB Melody / Harmony, and Honeywell Experion software.
