Raytek CS210 is an advanced kiln camera system designed to monitor rotary kilns, detect hot spots, and prevent costly damage and unplanned downtime. This thermal imaging system can be enhanced with optional accessories that offer capabilities such as shadow sensing, burning zone monitoring, tire slip detection, fan control, refractory management, and real-time 3D viewing.

The system continuously monitors kiln shell temperatures along the entire length of the kiln, providing critical data on the condition of the refractory material. To capture temperature data from areas not visible to the primary scanner, up to four additional scanners or individual point sensors can be integrated, creating a comprehensive thermal image. The system also supports the integration of burning zone and tire slip monitoring, with all data displayed on a single screen in the control room and recorded in a versatile historical database. The optional 3D View and Refractory Management software allow for detailed control and tracking of the kiln and refractory, offering live 3D visualizations and an integrated refractory management database.

For reliable operation in harsh kiln environments, the Raytek CS210 employs the Raytek MP150 linescanner, housed in a durable cast aluminum casing and mounted within a robust stainless steel Environmental Enclosure. This enclosure features an adjustable mounting bracket for precise scanner alignment along the kiln axis, a mounting rail for quick installation, quick-disconnect fittings for air purge and water cooling, and an easily replaceable viewing window.
