Siemens Milltronics SF500 Weighing Integrator is a comprehensive integrator designed for solid flowmeters. It is compatible with any solids flowmeter equipped with up to two strain gauge load cells or LVDT sensors. The SF500 is responsible for processing sensor signals, ensuring precise flow rate measurements and the accurate total weight of bulk solids. Additionally, it can assume lower-level control functions that are typically managed by separate devices, and it offers support for commonly used industrial communication protocols. One of its notable features is the proven load cell balance function, which eliminates the need for load cell matching.
