Ninomiya SRGB – Silicone Rubber Insulated Glass-Yarn Braided Cables

Silicone-rubber insulated glass-yarn braided wire (SRGB series) is made of tin-coated annealed copper wires, coated with silicone-rubber and braided with glass fiber. Both SRGB and SRGB3 are manufactured based on the NINOMIYA Standards. SRGB3 is rated at 300V. Maximum operating temperature of both series is common at 180 ℃.

Ninomiya SRGB and SRGB3 cables feature tin-coated annealed copper wires, insulated with silicone rubber and braided with glass yarn, adhering to NINOMIYA Standards. SRGB3 is rated for 300V, and both series can withstand temperatures up to 180 ℃.

Composition:

  • Conductor: Consists of a stranded wire made from multiple tin-coated annealed copper elemental wires, meeting JIS C 3152 standards. Nickel-coated annealed copper wire or nickel wire can also be used.
  • Insulation: The conductor is uniformly coated with silicone rubber, covered in glass yarn, and sealed with a silicone varnish layer to enhance insulation.
  • Color: Silicone varnish provides color identification, with white as the standard. Other colors like black, red, green, yellow, brown, and blue are available.

Applications: Ideal for internal wiring in devices requiring high heat resistance.
