The Spring Clamp is operated by using a screw driver to provide an access to the wire through an opening in the spring clamp. The inserted wire gets clamped on to the current bar when the screw driver is removed.

Connectwell CXF4 is a type of top entry terminal block featuring spring clamps designed for fuse applications. These compact terminal blocks accommodate wires up to 4 sq.mm. To secure a wire, a screwdriver is used to manipulate the spring clamp, allowing access to insert the wire. Once inserted, removing the screwdriver causes the clamp to securely grip the wire onto the current bar.
