Advanced features

  • Configuration and monitoring are facilitated through a detachable display front (PR Electronics 45xx), allowing for process calibration and signal simulation.
  • Configuration settings can be copied from one device to others of the same type using the display front.
  • For enhanced accuracy, TC inputs can utilize either the internal Cold Junction Compensation (CJC) or a terminal featuring a built-in PT100 sensor (PR Electronics 5910 for channel 1 / PR Electronics 5913 for channel 2).
  • Provides advanced monitoring of internal communication and stored data.
  • Optional SIL 2 functionality that requires activation through a menu option.

  • PR Electronics 9113Axx model can be installed in safe areas or in Zone 2 / Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D.
  • Capable of converting and scaling temperature (Pt, Ni, and TC) and active current signals.
  • Designed, developed, and certified for SIL 2 applications as per IEC 61508 requirements.
  • Suitable for use in systems up to Performance Level “d” according to ISO-13849.

Technical Characteristics

  • Operational status and malfunction are indicated by 1 green and 2 red LEDs on the front panel.
  • Offers 2.6 kVAC galvanic isolation between input, output, and power supply.

Mounting

  • Devices can be mounted either vertically or horizontally with no requirement for spacing between adjacent units.
