TSI AeroTrak Remote Particle Counter 7110

TSI AeroTrak® Remote Particle Counter Model 7110 delivers precise particle measurements down to 0.100 μm, thanks to its patented HeNe laser technology, ensuring an enhanced signal-to-noise ratio. This instrument is specifically designed for cleanroom monitoring, process tool monitoring, and filter test applications. The particle counter operates with an external vacuum source, providing flexibility in system placement and configuration.

To facilitate seamless data capture and analysis, particle count data can be effortlessly and continuously transferred to a facility monitoring system such as TSI’s FMS 5. When combined with FMS 5, the Model 7110 becomes a powerful productivity tool with features like Statistical Process Control. Moreover, these particle counters have a data storage capacity of up to 2,000 sample records, ensuring data redundancy.

The Model 7110 strictly adheres to all the rigorous requirements outlined in ISO 21501-4. It is calibrated using NIST traceable PSL spheres and TSI’s world-class Classifier and Condensation Particle Counters, which are widely recognized as the standard for particle measurements.
