Vaisala RFL series CO2 Data Logger uses Vaisala’s LoRa® based VaiNet wireless technology to monitor CO2 in incubators and chambers. Each RFL100 data logger can communicate over 100 m indoors, saving time and costs by simplifying network access. RFL100 data loggers communicate securely with viewLinc, the software component of the Vaisala continuous monitoring system. viewLinc provides alarming, real-time trend data, and reports for compliance with GxP regulations. Wireless RFL100 data loggers connect to viewLinc through Vaisala AP10 Network Access points. The RFL100 CO2 data loggers combine VaiNet’s reliable wireless connectivity with Vaisala’s high-performance GMP251 carbon dioxide probes. Set up is easy, and options include CO2 percentage only, CO2 percentage with temperature, or CO2 percentage with temperature and relative humidity.

Secure, Long-range Wireless

The RFL100 data loggers are wirelessly networked using VaiNet access points: AP10 that supports up to 32 data loggers, saving on installation costs. Data are encrypted to ensure against eavesdropping, data tampering, and transfer errors. RFL100 data loggers connect to viewLinc easily without local configuration and all communications are encrypted then verified by the system before being stored to viewLinc’s secure database, ensuring data integrity and security.

Powerful Signal, No amplifiers
VaiNet deployment is fast, eliminating the need for expensive Ethernet connectivity for each data logger. With a simple network topology; no repeaters, signal boosters, or mesh networking devices are required. The RFL100 data loggers communicate over 100 m (328 ft.) indoors without the aid of signal amplifiers. VaiNet uses a low-frequency signal that provides high penetration through common obstacles.

Three Measurement Options, Easy Probe Mounting
Ideal for incubators, measurement options include CO2% only, CO2% with temperature, or CO2% with temperature and humidity. To ensure secure probe positioning inside incubators, probe-mounting accessories are available. Choose optional heat-resistant probe cables to simplify heat sterilization processes.
