Ceramic Band Heater offer heater longer life, high processing temperature capabilities and full flexibility for easy of installation. The built-in thermal insulation limits heat losses and conserves electrical energy. A wound nickel chrome resistance wire is strung high temperature ceramic bricks that sit on an insulation blanket of ceramic fiber insulation. The insulation blanket will reduce heat by approximately 20% from un-insulated band heater. This is all mounted into a stainless-steel casing with serrated edges. This provides strength and great flexibility such that the heater can be fully opened for ease of installation.

Ceramic Band Heater offers a flexible heating system that yields efficient transmission of conduction and radiated heat. The heat of the Ceramic Band originates from the inner coils that conduct heat at maximum temperatures. The heated coils evenly deliver heat through the ceramic tiles which radiate energy to the barrel. We offer a variety of Ceramic Band styles from standard to custom configurations. These are available with a number of lead wire options, threaded terminals, terminal boxes and plugs for electrical wiring. They can be made in a large variety of sizes, multiple segment and clamping styles.
