Raytek Endurance Series of high-temperature infrared pyrometers by Fluke Process Instruments is engineered to seamlessly integrate with major control systems in modern industries. Available in single-color, two-color, and fiber optic models, these pyrometers are designed to be flexible and easy to install. Featuring optional integrated cameras for continuous visual monitoring and LED sighting for precise targeting, these pyrometers eliminate the guesswork in setting emissivity. The fiber-optic models allow measurement of otherwise inaccessible targets, using a flexible cable to position the optical head close to the target while keeping rugged electronics safely remote. These sensors are non-conductive, providing improved immunity to interference.

The Endurance Series includes companion software for archiving temperature data and sensor configuration, catering to the needs of Digital Industry. With a robust stainless steel housing, these pyrometers support a wide range of communication interfaces from analog to LAN/Ethernet and RS485, ensuring reliable communication with control systems and monitoring stations. The SpotScan protective enclosure features:

  • Durable housing IP65 enclosure designed to survive in ambient temperatures up to 60°C (140ºF)
  • Air purge option available for use in dusty or dirty environments

The ThermoJacket protective enclosure features:

  • Rugged cast aluminum housing withstands ambient temperatures up to 315ºC (599ºF).
