Lascar EL-SMS-2G-VAC – Vaccine Monitoring Kit With SMS Alerts

Lascar EL-SMS-2G-VAC is a battery-powered temperature alert device designed to send SMS notifications to pre-programmed mobile phone numbers whenever the monitored temperature exceeds set upper or lower limits. This unit includes a thermistor placed in a glycol bottle, which accurately simulates the internal temperature of a vaccine, rather than the ambient temperature of the refrigerator where the vaccines are stored. It comes with a traceable calibration certificate.

Configured using the EasyLog SMS App available on Google Play and the App Store, Lascar EL-SMS-2G-VAC can also send periodic summary messages to confirm normal operation. These messages include the minimum, maximum, and average temperatures recorded since the last summary. To function, the unit requires a microSIM card, which is purchased separately, to connect to a 2G GSM network. This product meets and exceeds CDC standards for vaccine monitoring.
