Ceramicx QTL – Quartz Tungsten Long Infrared Tube Heaters feature a porcupine or star-type tungsten filament coil, capable of operating at temperatures up to 1500°C (2732°F) and emitting peak wavelengths around 1.6 microns. These heaters reach maximum temperatures within seconds. The coil’s design not only provides excellent structural rigidity but also minimizes light output while maximizing infrared emission, thereby enhancing IR radiant efficiency.
Standard specifications include 240V, R7s terminations, and a 10 mm diameter glass tube.
