Properties

Ceramicx QQE – Quarter Quartz Infrared Heating Element emits medium wave infrared radiation and is highly preferred in industrial settings requiring quick heater response, especially in systems with extended heater off cycles. The standard quartz heating elements are typically cassette-style and are made with aluminized steel as the default material, though stainless steel is also available. These emitters primarily emit in the medium to long wavelength range.
Ceramicx QQE infrared quartz heating element, ranging from 150 to 250 watts, delivers instantaneous heat for various industrial process applications. These elements are particularly beneficial for manufacturing processes demanding rapid heater response.

Dimension

Dpstar specializes in supplying energy-efficient infrared heating elements designed for various industrial applications. Our expertise lies in producing high-quality technical products tailored for utilizing infrared technology in industrial processes. Our Quartz Infrared Heaters offer an ideal combination of affordability and efficiency, emitting long-wave infrared radiation suitable for a wide range of industrial needs.
Infrared quartz heating elements are versatile and widely used for their instant heat response, making them indispensable across diverse industrial processes. They are particularly favored in applications requiring rapid heater response or zone-controlled heating. Unlike ceramic heaters, quartz elements heat up within seconds, making them highly efficient, especially in manufacturing processes like plastic thermoforming, curing, and systems with long heater-off cycles. These heaters can operate at temperatures up to 750°C (1380°F) and emit wavelengths in the 1.5 – 8-micron spectrum, slightly shorter than ceramic elements. Standard voltage for our heaters is 230V, with wattages ranging from 150W to 1000W.
Our comprehensive range includes medium to long-wave infrared quartz elements, such as full, half, quarter, and square elements, as well as pillared quartz elements and quartz square tube elements, all of which are CE approved. Additionally, we offer custom quartz heating elements to meet specific customer requirements.
