Lascar EL-21CFR-VAC is a standalone data logger designed to record and retain over 32,000 temperature measurements within a wide range of -40 to +125°C (-40 to +257°F), boasting a precision of 0.1°C (0.2°F). Users can effortlessly configure the logger and access recorded data by connecting it to a PC via USB and utilizing the complimentary EasyLog 21CFR software. This software enables data visualization through graphs, printing, and seamless exportation to other applications for thorough analysis. The logged data is encrypted and features comprehensive audit tracking, ensuring compliance with the stringent requirements of 21CFR Part 11. With its high-contrast LCD, the device displays various temperature metrics, allowing users to toggle between current, maximum, and minimum values at the press of a button.
