Flexelec FSH/TP – Self-Regulating Heating Cables For Hot Water
Flexelec FSH/TP range of self-regulating heating cables is designed to maintain a constant temperature for hot water supply. Infrequent use of taps can cause the water in the piping to cool, leading to waste as you wait for hot water from the boiler. Traditional looped circuits only keep the main piping warm, doubling its length and heat loss, thus wasting energy. By tracing the piping network with an FSH/TP self-regulating heating cable under the lagging, heat losses are eliminated, and the water remains at the desired temperature. This approach also eliminates the need for return piping, pumps, and valves, offering further savings. FSH/TP cables comply with the CSTB technical evaluation document.
