Lutron EMF-819 is a 3-axis RF electromagnetic field meter designed for general-purpose applications. It operates within a frequency range of up to 3 GHz, making it suitable for monitoring a wide range of radio frequency EMF values or detecting microwave leakage.

Its measurement ranges include 0 to 199.99 V/m for electric field strength, 0 to 99.999 W/m² for power density, and 0 to 9.9999 mW/cm² for power density. The device features convenient functions such as data hold, peak hold, and recording of maximum and minimum values.

Included with the meter is the EP-05H frequency probe and a hard carrying case for easy transportation. It also offers RS232/USB computer interface capability for data transfer. The device is powered by either a DC 9V battery or a DC 9V adapter and features a large LCD display and microcomputer circuit for accurate readings.
