Lutron LM-8000A stands out as a versatile 4-in-1 measuring device, seamlessly integrating an anemometer, humidity meter, light meter, and thermometer into one compact, lightweight unit reminiscent of a tiny bone, facilitating effortless one-handed operation. Enhanced by a wristlet for added protection, its design is both practical and ergonomic.

The anemometer employs a magnetic sensor structure to ensure exceptional accuracy across a broad spectrum of air velocities, aided by a low-friction ball bearing mounted wheel. For light measurement, it utilizes an exclusive photo diode alongside a color correction filter, adhering to C.I.E. photopic standards. Equipped with a high-precision thin-film capacitance humidity sensor, the device swiftly responds to changes in humidity levels, while its standard type K thermocouple outlet accommodates various probes for temperature measurement. Powered by a built-in microprocessor circuit, it guarantees outstanding performance and accuracy, complemented by a concise button arrangement for intuitive operation.

LM-8000A conveniently stores maximum and minimum values for future reference, offering flexibility to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit, as well as Lux and Feet-candle for light measurement, along with various units for air velocity. Its multi-channel display enables simultaneous monitoring of relative humidity and temperature or air velocity and temperature. Simplifying light meter calibration, a zero button is provided, while a hold function freezes the current reading for added convenience.
