AOIP CALYS 120 IS is the top instrument of our range of ATEX documenting multifunction calibrators. It’s ideal for advanced process maintenance and use on test bench in hazardous and non-hazardous areas. Suitable for all field and lab measurements, it can simultaneously measure and generate over two isolated channels various signals of temperature, resistance, process, pressure and frequency in one single instrument.

AOIP CALYS 120 IS not only simulates (IN / OUT) but also acts as a dual-channel thermometer (IN / IN) for comparison calibration. The CALYS IS series offers extra features like temperature simulation, scaling, steps, synthesizer, and statistical functions. It also includes audit trails and meets standards like 21 CFR Part 11 and NADCAP Heat Treatment, making it easier to track data and ensure compliance.

CALYS IS can store and recall up to 10 complete instrument configurations and values with manual or automatic recall for easy and quick work in the field. Its dual-channel display shows both measured and simulated values at the same time. Plus, it offers a graphic mode to display trends.

Pressure calibration

AOIP CALYS 80 IS and 120 IS can be equipped with single or dual range internal pressure module to provide gauge, absolute and differential pressure measurements. Additionally, Any model can connect to an external interchangeable pressure module to expand the pressure range up to 700 bar.ar.
