Lascar EL-WiFi-ULT+ sensor is specifically designed to monitor vaccines stored in cryogenic dry ice conditions. It transmits data wirelessly over any compatible WiFi network, allowing users to access the information either through free PC software, the EasyLog Cloud, or the EasyLog App. To set up the sensor on a particular WiFi network, you can either connect it via USB to a PC running the EasyLog WiFi software, or configure it wirelessly using the EasyLog Cloud app on a mobile phone connected to the network.

Once configured, the sensor can be placed within the range of the network. In case of temporary loss of connectivity with the network, it will continue to log readings until it can communicate again with the PC application or EasyLog Cloud, with a maximum storage duration of 30 days at a 10-second sample interval. The sensor complies with IEEE 802.11bgn* (2.4GHz) standards, supports various encryption methods including WEP, WPA/WPA2, and enterprise networks such as PEAP, TTLS, and FAST. With an IP40 protection rating, the unit is suitable for various environments. It can stand freely or be attached to a wall or surface using the provided bracket, which allows for easy removal and reattachment as needed.
