Lutron DI-6400 is a versatile Insulation Tester and Digital Multimeter (DMM) with automatic range selection and multiple functions. It measures insulation resistance in various ranges (from 4 to 4000 Megaohms) at different voltages (250V, 500V, and 1000V). Additionally, it can measure AC/DC voltage and resistance, with a maximum of 600 volts and 4000 ohms respectively.

It’s designed for safety with CAT III 1000V rating, featuring automatic zero adjustment, circuit discharge, and overload protection. The device is easy to operate with lock and test functions, and it has a continuity beeper for the resistance range. The large LCD display ensures easy reading, while the durable housing and rubber cover offer protection. It can be powered by either 8 AA batteries or a 9V adapter, and it includes heavy-duty test leads with alligator clips. Furthermore, it comes with RS-232/USB interface for computer connectivity.
