PR Electronics 6337D – 2-Wire HART Transmitter

Application

  • Measures temperature linearly using TC (Thermocouple) and RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) sensors such as Pt100 and Ni100.
  • Supports HART communication and provides a 4–20 mA analog output for individual, differential, or average temperature measurements from up to two RTD or TC sensors.
  • Converts linear resistance to standard analog current signals (e.g., from valves or Ohmic level sensors).
  • Amplifies bipolar mV signals to standard 4–20 mA current signals.
  • Allows connection of up to 63 transmitters (HART 7) in a multidrop communication setup.

Mounting and Installation

  • DIN rail mountable with up to 84 channels per meter.
  • Configuration possible via standard HART communication interfaces or PR 5909 Loop Link.
  • Suitable for mounting in zone 0, 1, 2, and zone 20, 21, 22 including M1/Class I/II/III, Division 1, Groups A, B, C, D.
