Vaisala GMP343 CO₂ Probe

Vaisala GMP343  CARBOCAP Carbon Dioxide Probe is a sturdy and precise probe-type tool for environmental measurements. It’s commonly used for tasks like measuring CO2 in soil, monitoring ambient CO2 levels, regulating plant growth chambers, and in OEM applications. Vaisala GMP343 uses a single-beam, dual-wavelength method to measure CO2 without any moving parts. It provides both filtered and raw measurement data and can adjust measurements using internal temperature readings and user-defined relative humidity, pressure, and oxygen levels. In combination with the handheld Vaisala GM70, Vaisala GMP343 provides a tool for accurate in-situ measurement. Vaisala GM70 can be used as a display, communication, and data logging device. Each Vaisala GMP343 is calibrated using ±0.5 % accurate gases at 0 ppm, 200 ppm, 370 ppm, 600 ppm, 1000 ppm, 4000 ppm, and 2 %. Calibration is also done at temperature points of -30 °C, 0 °C, 25 °C, and 50 °C. If needed, the customer can re-calibrate the instrument using the multipoint calibration (MPC) feature allowing up to 8 user-defined calibration points.
