TSI AeroTrak® Remote Particle Counters with Integrated Pump combine independent monitoring systems within a 316L stainless steel enclosure that is easy to clean. With an integrated clean pump, these counters eliminate the need for an external vacuum source, streamlining the setup process. Additionally, four standard analog inputs contribute to reduced installation and integration costs. Furthermore, there is a specialized model available that is resistant to Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP).

Models 6510 and 6510-VHP both offer 4 size channels (0.5, 0.7, 1.0, and 5.0 μm) with a 1 CFM (28.3 L/min) sample flow rate. The sample inlet capping auto-detect feature automatically stops the blower and prevents accidental damage, further enhancing user-friendliness.

Meets Current GMP Guidelines And International Standards

  • The device operates at a flow rate of 1 CFM (28.3 L/min) and can provide data for up to four particle channels, meeting the requirements of EU and US FDA Aseptic Processing Guidelines, including 0.5 μm and 5 μm particle sizes.
  • The calibration complies with ISO 21501-4 standards, ensuring reliable and consistent instrument counting and sizing performance.
