Siemens SIWAREX IS Ex Interface

Siemens SIWAREX IS Ex Interface is designed for use with SIWAREX weighing modules and consists of six safety barriers, meeting the specified approvals in the technical data. To ensure safety, this Ex interface should be positioned outside potentially explosive areas. It is typically mounted inside a control cabinet, preferably beneath the electronic weighing system, using a 35 mm mounting rail. The SIWAREX IS has minimal interference with the load cell signal, making it suitable for scales that require official calibration. Connection to the interface is facilitated through two clamp-type plugs located at the front, while a separate screw terminal is provided for attaching the equipotential bonding conductor (EBC).
