The objective of this project is to provide an effective and efficient heating solution for the plastic waste-to-biofuel industry. The cone heating application will be used to facilitate the conversion of plastic waste into biofuels through the process of pyrolysis. This includes providing a solution that is able to reach high temperatures and provide uniform heating to ensure efficient conversion of the waste into biofuels. The heating solution must be safe, durable, and easy to operate, as it will be used in a demanding industrial environment. By providing a high-quality heating solution, the project aims to support the production of biofuels from plastic waste, which is a key part of efforts to reduce waste, reduce dependence on non-renewable fossil fuels, and find sustainable solutions for energy generation.
To meet the heating requirements of this project, Dpstar has supplied a custom Ceramic Blanket Heater with dimensions of 335mmW X 720mmLg designed for use in a cone heating application. The total number of ceramic blankets used in the heating system is 6 pieces. The Ceramic Blanket Heater works by heating the plastic waste evenly and consistently through conduction. The heater is designed to wrap around the cone-shaped tank that has a diameter of 2500mm and a height of 4000mm, providing consistent heat to the entire surface of the tank. The use of high-quality ceramic materials ensures that the heat is transferred efficiently and effectively to the plastic waste, facilitating the pyrolysis process. To ensure optimal performance, the heater is connected to a control system that monitors and adjusts the heating process as needed. This allows the heating process to be precisely controlled and ensures that the plastic waste is subjected to the appropriate temperatures for efficient conversion into biofuels. By providing a reliable and efficient heating solution, Dpstar helps to improve the performance and productivity of the plastic waste-to-biofuel industry. Our Ceramic Blanket Heater is able to support the pyrolysis process and ensure the production of high-quality biofuels.
