AOIP OM22 Milliohmmeter Industrial Benchtop Micro-Ohmmeter – High Accuracy: 0.03 %

Features

The OM 22 table-top industrial micro-ohmmeter is intended for 4-wire measurement of very low resistance resistances up to 20 KΩ with an excellent maximum accuracy of 0.03% and a resolution of only 0.1 µΩ. Equipped with 6 programs, it is particularly suitable for use on a bench for the execution of repetitive measurement tasks. The reliability and the precision of the measurements is reinforced by the low temperature coefficient (10 ppm / ° C), the automatic compensation of the electromagnetic forces before each measurement carried out, the temperature compensation of the nature of the metal and the room temperature compensation.

AOIP OM22 Milliohmmeter is designed for accurate 4-wire measurements of very low resistances up to 20 KΩ. It boasts exceptional accuracy at 0.03% and fine resolution of 0.1 µΩ. With 6 programs, it’s perfect for bench use in repetitive tasks. Its reliability and precision are enhanced by features like low temperature coefficient, automatic compensation of electromagnetic forces, and temperature compensation for metal nature and ambient temperature.

AOIP OM22 Milliohmmeter offers three measurement current options – continuous, pulsed, or alternating – ranging from 100 µA to 10 A. It’s highly versatile, covering a wide range of sectors and applications including cable resistance and resistivity measurement, inductive resistance measurement (such as motor coils and transformers), contact resistance measurement (like connectors and switches), testing low-power electrical components (such as fuses), and assessing devices responsive to temperature changes, metallization, grounding, and earth continuity.

AOIP OM 22 is a customizable device, perfect for test bench use. It offers 6 programmable configurations accessible through direct keys on the front panel. Each program allows users to set various parameters such as caliber, current, measurement timing, data storage, temperature compensation, units, alarms, and more. Programs can be adjusted using the included LOG OM software if needed.

The instrument can store up to 1000 measurement bursts, which can be viewed on its screen or on a PC using LOG OM. It operates on mains or rechargeable batteries and doesn’t need internal adjustment for electronic calibration.
