Advanced features

Application:

  • PR Electronics 9202B can be installed in safe areas or in Zone 2 / Class 1 Division 2 environments, receiving signals from Zone 0, 1, 2 and Zone 20, 21, 22, including mining / Class I/II/III, Div. 1, Gr. A-G.
  • Acts as a pulse isolator for transmitting signals from NAMUR sensors and mechanical switches in hazardous areas to safe areas.
  • Monitors error events and cable breakage through individual status relays and/or collective electronic signals via the power rail.
  • Certified for SIL 2 applications according to IEC 61508 standards.
  • Suitable for systems up to Performance Level “d” according to ISO-13849.

Technical Characteristics:

  • Includes 1 green and 2 yellow/red front LEDs indicating operational status and malfunctions.
  • Provides 2.6 kVAC galvanic isolation between input, output, and supply.

Mounting:

  • Can be mounted vertically or horizontally without requiring spacing between adjacent units.
