CENTER 370 is specifically tailored for the food and beverage sector, featuring a spear-tip probe measuring 125mm in length, ideal for effortlessly skewering meat, poultry, bread, and cheeses.

Equipped with a single RTD sensor, the CENTER 370 handheld thermometer boasts a waterproof rating of IP67. The 4-wire PT100 RTD sensor offers cost-effective accuracy, making it suitable for environments where water splashing or frequent room temperature fluctuations occur. Its water-resistant housing ensures durability in challenging conditions, while the RTD sensor requires less compensation compared to standard thermocouple units, making it particularly well-suited for kitchen or food processing applications.
