Raytek GS150 Series Glass System is an automated thermal imaging solution for temperature measurement in glass bending, forming, annealing, and tempering processes. It utilizes a rotating mirror to scan a 90º field-of-view up to 150 times per second, capturing up to 1024 points per line. This scanning process, triggered either by the measured temperature or an external signal, generates a two-dimensional thermal image or “thermogram” as each heated glass part passes through the field of view.

Raytek GS150 is simple to install, functioning like a camera and requiring a clear overhead view of the glass part. Installation involves connecting the pre-wired cables (provided) to a PC and entering the installation dimensions into Raytek GS150 Software. The latest version, Raytek GS150LE Thermal Imaging System, is specifically designed for Low Emissivity (Low-E) glass, featuring automatic emissivity correction for monitoring one-side coated flat glass.
