Raytek ES150 Series Sheet Extrusion System – Thermal Imaging System for Plastic Processing

Raytek ES150 Series Sheet Extrusion System is an automated thermal imaging inspection system designed for detecting, measuring, and classifying defects in sheet extrusion, cast film, and web processes. It allows users to define multiple sectors across the web, each specified by name, location, and the desired temperature data processing (e.g., average, minimum, or maximum temperature).

In sheet extrusion processes, sectors can be set up to provide temperatures for each die bolt. Raytek ES150 system continuously monitors the web process, presenting temperature data as both a line graph (profile) and a thermographic image. These profiles and images can be printed or archived for further analysis.

Additionally, Raytek ES150 system functions as an OPC (OLE for Process Control) server, enabling communication with various common process control systems. This integration allows Raytek ES150 to serve not only as a measurement tool but also as a crucial component of the overall process control system.
